Which Coins to Accept for Your Business
How to decide which cryptocurrencies to enable for payments: practical criteria for a business with no prior crypto experience.

Starting with one or two options is easier than turning everything on at once. For most businesses, a solid starting point is USDT on the Tron network, and possibly Bitcoin. You add more based on what your customers actually ask for.
Why USDT on Tron makes sense as a starting point
It is pegged to the dollar, so the price does not swing. The network fee is low and transfers are fast. It is the de facto settlement standard in crypto: most people who pay in crypto already hold it and know how to send it.
When to add Bitcoin
If your customers include people who have held crypto for a long time, BTC comes up often. Bitcoin transfers take longer and cost more than Tron, so it works better for larger amounts.
Other coins worth considering
ETH and ERC-20 tokens make sense if your customers come from European or American markets, where USDT is more commonly held on Ethereum than on Tron. Add other coins only when clients ask for them specifically.
What to hold off on for now
Low-liquidity coins with thin markets are harder to convert and withdraw. If you do not have a clear understanding of a particular coin, there is no reason to enable it until you see real demand.
The main rule
Accept only what you can withdraw and deal with if a client makes a mistake. A reliable short list beats a long list with gaps.
