Fees Transparent fee structure. No hidden charges.

No hidden fees. The exact breakdown is always shown before you confirm.

On a $1000 USDT swap the service fee is $5 on the floating rate or $10 on the fixed rate. Network fee is added on top.

Network fee (gas / miner fee) is paid separately and depends on the chosen network. The exact amount is shown before you confirm the swap.

Float rate

0.5% service fee + network fee

The final amount is determined after deposit confirmations. Best for users who prefer lower fees.

Fixed rate

1% service fee + network fee

The rate is locked until the order timer ends. Best for users who want a guaranteed output amount.

Network fees

Network fees are charged by the blockchain, not by us. They vary by network and congestion.

Base $0.01–0.10
Arbitrum $0.05–0.20
Polygon $0.01–0.05
BNB Chain $0.05–0.15
Optimism $0.02–0.15
Avalanche $0.05–0.25

Frequently asked questions

The minimum depends on the chosen pair and is set by the network fee: sending less than a transaction costs is not economical. The exact minimum is shown in the widget when you pick a direction. Deposits below the minimum cannot be executed and are returned to the sender minus the network fee.

Contact support with the order ID and transaction hash. Recovery is only possible if the asset is on a network we support and the cost of recovery makes sense. There is no recovery guarantee: sending to an unsupported network or with an unsupported contract often means permanent loss on the blockchain side. These cases can take additional time.

A standard swap requires no registration, no account and no documents. There is no dollar threshold that triggers an identity check, because we do not run one: screening looks at the funds, not at the person. If a deposit is flagged, the order pauses for a person to review and ends one of two ways, the swap or the money back to a sender-controlled address minus the network fee. Returning the funds is the default whenever we cannot clear an order.

Most swaps finish within 5–15 minutes: that time goes to confirmations on the source network, the swap itself, and confirmations on the destination network. Same-chain swaps on fast networks (Base, Arbitrum) usually finish in under a minute. Cross-chain swaps and swaps involving Bitcoin or privacy assets (Monero) can take 15–40 minutes due to block times on the source or destination network.

If a swap cannot be completed (limit breach, expired quote, or compliance check), the deposit is returned to the refund address minus the network fee. Refunds usually take 15–30 minutes after the decision, depending on network load. Deposits below the network fee cost are not refundable: the cost of the refund would exceed the deposit. This is a standard industry rule.

The fixed rate is locked when the order is created, and the order page counts down exactly how long you have to send. Within that window you need to send the exact amount in one transaction. If the deposit arrives later or the amount differs, the floating mode kicks in: the final amount is recalculated at the market rate at the moment of deposit confirmation.
