Common questions

01 How fast do funds arrive?

Funds land on your balance as soon as the on-chain confirmation threshold is reached: usually 30 seconds to a few minutes depending on the network.

02 What if the customer sends the wrong amount?

The invoice moves into a "needs review" state: the customer sees an honest status, you get a payment notification, and you decide whether to credit the actual amount or refund the sender.

03 How do I withdraw?

POST /payouts from your server. After a safety check the transaction broadcasts to the network and your balance debits on confirmation.

04 Is the integration intrusive on my site?

No. The payment page opens as a standalone page. You decide whether to redirect, open in a new tab, or trigger from a button.

05 What if a customer asks for a refund?

You decide. Customers contact you directly: we don't issue refunds on your behalf. Initiate from your dashboard or via API, and we handle the on-chain transfer once you approve.

06 Do I need to register a legal entity?

No. SwapSS Pay accepts individual merchants and small teams without legal-entity proof. Account ownership is verified through the cabinet, not through corporate filings.

07 How fast do payouts arrive?

Once you sign the payout, the network confirmation drives the timing. Most networks land in under five minutes; congested chains can take longer.

08 Which networks are supported?

Major chains plus privacy rails. The live coverage list is in the cabinet and grows as new networks pass the admission gate.

09 What about refunds?

You decide. The cabinet offers full or partial refunds against any paid invoice. The on-chain transfer broadcasts after you approve it.

10 How do I update order status on my side?

Signed webhooks deliver state changes to your endpoint. Each webhook is replay-safe and includes the invoice id, the new state, and the evidence reference.

11 What is the minimum payment?

One dollar equivalent. A small invoice gets the same checkout page, the same alerts and the same payout path as a large one.
