Is this swap free of sign-up and customer checks?
There is no account to create, and the person swapping is not checked: the form asks for an amount and a Solana wallet address. Automated screening covers the funds that arrive into the order. A deposit that fails it stops the exchange, and the money returns to an address the sender controls.

Which Solana address do I give, and is a memo needed?
A plain address from your Solana wallet - this network has no memo or tag. What arrives is USDC as an SPL token on Solana, so the wallet has to hold tokens of that network and show USDC there.
Why is the Solana side not exactly the same number?
One dollar, but ERC-20 on Ethereum and the SPL token on Solana are separate assets on-chain, and moving between networks is not free. The amount is priced at the rate the form shows before you send: it does not carry across one for one, and it does not move after you start.
How long is the wait after sending from mainnet?
Most of it is the deposit: the swap starts after Ethereum confirmations, and mainnet speed is middling and follows the load. From there the dollars head to Solana, where transfers confirm in seconds, so the second half passes almost unnoticed. We do not promise exact minutes.
The deposit does not match the order - how is it counted?
From what actually reached the deposit address, at the rate in force when it confirms. A small difference either way just moves the result. A large or atypical gap goes to manual review: a person looks at the order, and support at @swappsy agrees the outcome with you, a return included.
If the swap does not go through, where do the dollars return?
To the refund address you left with the order. The USDC goes back as the same ERC-20 token on Ethereum mainnet, to an address you control, and you do not have to ask for it separately.
Which network do I send USDC on?
