Do you require an account or verification?
No. The amount and a USDT address on the TRON network are enough. We do not verify the client personally - the checks run on the funds: incoming Dogecoin is assessed automatically before the exchange. A deposit that does not pass is not held here; it goes back to an address the sender controls.
Why TRC-20?
It is the cheapest and most widely used form of USDT: the network fee is small and almost everyone takes it. It is the easiest place to move dollars on from.
On which network does the USDT arrive?
Only on TRON, as a TRC-20 token. The wallet you receive into has to support that network - a TRON address starts with the letter T. USDT under the same name also lives on other networks, so when picking the address in your wallet, look for the TRC-20 or TRON label.
How long does a swap like this take?
Most of the time goes to Dogecoin network confirmations: it produces blocks at its own pace, and the deposit has to collect enough of them. Once the network has confirmed it, the USDT payout over TRON moves quickly, so the whole swap usually does not drag. The total is set by the Dogecoin side, not by our processing.
What if the address is on the wrong network?

Can I get a refund?
Give a Dogecoin address in the refund field of the order, ideally as you create it. If the exchange cannot be completed, the DOGE goes back over the Dogecoin network to that address. The same block pace that governs the deposit governs the return, so we put no number of minutes on it.
