01

No sign-up

No email, no password, no confirmations. Open it, swap, leave.

02

Built for spending, not just holding

Litecoin confirms fast and the network fee barely registers. Pay someone or send money to a friend, and the fee is not something you have to think about.

03

A rate with no surprises

We lock the price the moment you start. Nothing added on top: what you see is what you get.

04

Your coins do not sit with us

We do not hold a balance. Bitcoin comes in and goes straight out as Litecoin to your address.

Litecoin is its own network, a separate blockchain from Bitcoin, so send a Litecoin address, not a Bitcoin one. The swap goes through after Bitcoin network confirmations, so there is a short wait on the way in, then Litecoin itself lands fast once it is sent. The logic of the pair is everyday: the stash stays in Bitcoin, while a coin that is comfortable to pay with gets carved out for spending. Most of the waiting is on the way in - Bitcoin network confirmations - and the exit leg passes much lighter. Check the first and last characters of the Litecoin address before creating the order. The exact rate and minimum are shown right in the swap form. The exchange starts after 3 confirmations on Bitcoin — usually about 30 min.

FAQ

Can I swap without creating an account?

Yes, entirely: no registration, no email - an amount and a Litecoin address close out the full list of requirements. We do not study the person behind the swap: automated screening weighs only the funds. If a deposit cannot be cleared, the Bitcoin goes back to the sender address you own, and the next step is yours.

Why move part of a Bitcoin stack into Litecoin?

Litecoin blocks confirm faster and fees stay low, so it works better for actually spending or sending money around than paying Bitcoin network fees for small amounts.

How much time should I budget for the swap?

Usually not much, and nearly all of it is your deposit confirming on the Bitcoin network: it hurries for nobody, that is simply how it is built. Litecoin on the receiving side is a moderately fast network: its confirmations take noticeably less, and the coin arrives without dragging. Congestion, when it happens, shows in the order status.

What if I pick the wrong network?

Send Bitcoin on the Bitcoin network and give a Litecoin address, not a Bitcoin one. If something arrives the wrong way, message support and we will sort it by hand.

Is it safe?

We do not ask for documents and do not hold your coins any longer than the swap itself takes. If anything looks off, support is a real person at @swappsy.

On which network will the Litecoin arrive?

On its own Litecoin network: LTC is a standalone coin with its own chain, not a token sitting on top of Bitcoin. Addresses there start with L, M, or ltc1 - take one from a wallet that supports the network and re-check it after pasting.

If the trade fails, what happens to the money?

It comes back: leave a return address and the funds go there on the Bitcoin network. A swap that did not happen is not a loss - the deposit does not stay with us, it travels back to you, free to try again or simply sit where it is.

What is the minimum amount?

Right now this direction starts from about 0.0001 BTC. The exchange form shows the exact minimum — it follows the live rate.
