Do I have to sign up or verify who I am?
No. The amount and your TRON address are enough, and there is nothing to register. We do not check the identity of the person swapping: screening applies to the funds themselves, and the incoming deposit is assessed automatically. A transfer that cannot be cleared is not kept - it goes back to an address the sender controls.
Why do I need TRX?
TRX pays the fees on the TRON network. Without it you cannot send USDT (TRC-20) or other tokens; the wallet needs a little TRX for fuel.
Do you need a payment ID?
No, a plain Monero address is enough to send from. We do not ask for payment IDs.
Can I send XMR straight from an exchange withdrawal?
Yes, as long as the exchange pays out on the Monero network, which for XMR is the only one. Put our deposit address in as the withdrawal address and send the full amount in one transfer: the order waits for a single payment, so there is no need to split it.
How long should the swap take?
The main wait here is Monero network confirmations: you are sending its native coin, and Monero checks blocks at its own unhurried pace. Once the deposit is confirmed, what is left is the payout on TRON, and that side moves quickly. The total time is set almost entirely by Monero.
Can I get a refund?
Leave a Monero address for returns when the order is made. If the swap cannot go through to payout, the XMR is sent back to it - same coin, same network you used. As with the swap itself, the Monero side takes the time it takes, so no return deadline is given.
