Is there a sign-up or identity check before swapping?

USDT and USDC are both dollars - why does the amount change?
Because they are two different dollar stablecoins, on two different networks besides. The swap between them converts at the rate shown in the form: you see it and lock it before sending, and the final amount does not change after that.
How quickly does a TRON deposit turn into USDC?
Usually quick. The deposit network sets the wait, and here it is the fast one: TRON confirms transfers quickly and cheaply, so the swap gets going with little delay.
