An Arbitrum address is shaped exactly like an Ethereum one, and like Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain and Avalanche. A wallet will happily send on whichever of them it currently has selected, and the transfer will succeed. Reading the network beside the address is the only check that catches this.
Check the floor before assuming the network is the cheap one
The cost of a transfer and the minimum a swap will accept are two different numbers set by two different things. A network can be cheap to send on and still carry a high floor into a particular destination, which is why the table above is worth reading rather than assuming.
