USDC on Arbitrum: swap limits and where it goes

An Arbitrum address is shaped exactly like an Ethereum one, and like Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain and Avalanche. A wallet will happily send on whichever of them it currently has selected, and the transfer will succeed. Reading the network beside the address is the only check that catches this.
